Kye's first road trip

A few weeks ago we went to visit our friends in the north country of New York. The first stop was Old Forge, where Kye saw his first snow. One night Kye and Dad hung out in the hotel room and watched some hockey while Mom was catching up with old friends. The hockey game was not too exciting but Kye liked the fact that he got his own big bed.



After Old Forge we headed further north to Loon Lake to visit Sean, Kat and Clementine in the ongoing church renovation. Kye slept through the initial tour of updates, which included insulation that we were all glad for, as it was 9 degrees one night. The next day we celebrated Clementine's 1st birthday. All in all it was a good trip and Kye was a pretty calm traveler.
