The WeeHoo rides the Columbia River

This weekends trip was to Hood River, OR and the twin tunnels bike trail on the historic Columbia River Highway.  We rode about 17 miles with some great views of the river, and  passed through two cool old tunnels. Even though the trail does not have too much elevation change, you pass through two very different ecosystems, lush green forest and a more arid climate with open fields.
